Ways to Give:

Bequests: Defer your giving until after your lifetime with a bequest of cash or securities. With one written statement in a Will or Trust, a donor can direct specific assets, a specific dollar amount, or a percentage of the estate, to be transferred to Concert Artists Guild, Inc. at the time of the donor’s death.

Publicly Traded Stock: A gift of appreciated securities during your lifetime has especially desirable tax advantages. A bequest of stock will result in a charitable deduction to your estate for Estate Tax purposes. For assistance with any stock transfer instructions, please contact Amy Frawley at (212) 333-5200 x 1023 or amyrf@concertartists.org

Charitable Remainder Trust: This tax-exempt trust disperses income to you or your loved ones for a specified period of time, after which the remainder is donated to CAG.

Charitable Lead Trust: Reduce your beneficiaries’ taxable income by donating a portion of your trust’s income to CAG before transferring the remainder to your beneficiaries.

Retirement Plans: Avoid double taxation by designating CAG as the beneficiary of your retirement plan, such as 401(k)s, 403(b)s, and IRAs.

Life Insurance: Receive immediate tax benefits by designating CAG as the beneficiary of your life insurance policy:

  • Name Concert Artists Guild, Inc. as the beneficiary, in whole or in part, of an existing policy or as a contingent beneficiary, or

  • Cash in a policy and donate all or part of the cash value to CAG.
