The nation’s leading nonprofit artist management and development organization, CAG identifies exceptional young soloists, ensembles, conductors, and composers and provides them with comprehensive management support, performance opportunities, and curated mentorship essential to building lasting careers.

CAG believes in music as a force for connection and change, preparing artists to engage meaningfully with the communities they serve and to lead with purpose both on and beyond the stage.

  • Save the Date: CAG Louis and Susan Meisel Artist Showcase & Celebration

    Join us for the CAG Louis and Susan Meisel Artist Showcase & Celebration, a special event honoring the first recipients of the CAG Louis and Susan Meisel Prize, on May 11th, 2026 at The Kosciuszko Foundation in New York City! Enjoy intimate performances and interviews paired with the opportunity to meet the newest artists joining the CAG roster. Wine and light fare from Eat OffBeat will be served before the program, followed by dessert and mingling afterward.

  • CAG Partners with New York Youth Symphony

    This partnership reflects a natural alignment between NYYS and CAG, both of which have long been dedicated to supporting young artists at pivotal moments in their professional development. As part of this collaboration, the organizations will work together to expand opportunities, mentorship, and visibility for emerging conductors and future arts leaders.

  • CAG Adds Interlochen Public Radio’s Sound Garden Project to Prize Package

    CAG has entered into a new partnership with Interlochen Public Radio’s Sound Garden Project. As part of its 75th anniversary season in 2026, CAG will now include the Sound Garden Project as part of its prize package offerings, providing young professionals with hands-on experience connecting  audiences in innovative, community-centered settings.    

  • CAG Announces New Artist Selection Process

    Starting with the 2025–2026 season, CAG will shift from its annual competition to a dynamic, year-round artist selection model designed to prioritize accessibility, flexibility, and a deeper understanding of each artist’s unique artistry and career trajectory.
