Jonathan Leibovitz is a former member of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, the winner of the 2022 Arthur Waser Prize and 2021 Crusell International Clarinet Competition, and a laureate of both the Israeli Wind Competition and the Aviv Competition of the America-Israeli Cultural Foundation. He studied at the Buchmann-Mehta School of Music with Yevgeny Yehudin and is currently a student of François Benda at the Basel Academy of Music. Jonathan has appeared as a concerto soloist in repertoire by Mozart and Weber with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, the Israel Chamber Orchestra and the Vaasa City and Kuopio Symphony Orchestras in Finland, and is a shared artist with our London partner, Young Classical Artists Trust (YCAT).
