We strive to cultivate an inclusive space in classical music by supporting artists who believe in creating, presenting, and performing innovative and diverse programming. We believe in centering all diverse perspectives and amplifying historically underrepresented communities to enrich a vibrant cultural landscape. We identify the importance of embracing diversity, equity, and inclusion as integral parts of our mission.  

We commit to fostering and offering an anti-racist and anti-discrimination environment in which artists from every background can create and express themselves with authenticity, dignity, and joy. We pledge to create, communicate, and implement an actionable DEI plan with appropriate, measurable, and achievable goals focused on our roster artists, staff, board, and audience. We will communicate transparently about our strategic roadmap and timeline for achieving our vision, available upon request. We will freely evaluate all aspects of our environment, plan, and progress as we forge paths toward greater fairness and opportunity within classical music.
